Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all services and time slots.

Each reserved time slot includes 20 minutes of preparation time before your session and 20 minutes of wrap-up time afterward. Because this time is reserved exclusively for your service appointment, deposits are non-refundable.

Clients who arrive more than 30 minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee and may be required to reschedule based on availability.
