A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin all projects. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled consultation or project start date will forfeit the deposit. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be required to reschedule based on availability. Arrivals more than 30 minutes late will incur a $25 late fee and may also require rescheduling.
